Let’s explore overall wellness, including nutrition and physical activity, relationships, family dynamics, and outside stressors that may be affecting your self-esteem and preventing you from being your best self. We can find coping strategies that will work for you and build a support system to help you achieve your goals.

I believe that everyone deserves a judgment free space that is safe and supportive. My sessions are casual and interactive. I use a strength-based approach; integrating mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, experiential techniques and psycho-education to help clients to gain self-awareness and build confidence.

Let’s take a journey to explore the dynamics within your relationships and families, learn strategies on how to communicate your needs and listen to each other's thoughts and feelings so that everyone can feel heard, supported, respected and loved.
